All orders ship within 2-3 business days. If orders are received during a busy time it can take up to 3-5 business days for you to receive a tracking number. Once your goods are packaged and on their way to the post office you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number per email.

 

All orders within Germany ship with Deutsche Post and usually take 3-5 business days. International orders might use different carriers in order to provide the fastest shipping.

 

Shipping costs:

Germany and Europe: 4,95€

International orders: 7,95€

 

Please note: Due to Covid-19 we unfortunately have no influence on delivery times and international delivery might take longer than usual.

 

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we’re really sorry about that. 

However if your product doesn't include custom stones or any personalization you can return it within 14 days from the delivery date, here’s how: STEP 1) Send an email to info@planetusjewels.com including: • order number • the product code you want to replace or you want a refund for • You will return the item within 14 days from the reception (otherwise I will not be able to provide the return). 

STEP 2) Then you can pack the jewel to return, making sure to use the same box you received it with. Those boxes must not be damaged. The return shipping will be at your own expenses.

**IMPORTANT: Unfortunately, I can’t provide the refund if the goods are damaged, or not perfectly intact, box included. The jewel must not have been worn.

Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by planetusjewels.com. Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed. Returns must be shipped within 14 days from the day of delivery and the jewel must not have been worn. We can't replace your jewel with another with a different stone or design.

If you chose specific stones, gemstones, crystals or other products and we use them to create your jewel/jewels, your order is not refundable. Crystal Consultation is not refundable. Refund includes Unique Pieces or ready to ship items.
